Description du poste
To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in a boutique located in the very heart of Antwerp.
-To provide products and pricing informations by clarifying customers' requests;
-To manage promotional allowance, rebate and pricing discrepancies by researching promotions details and regular and special prices;
- To approach customers, offering them advice and support on products and persuading them to buy;
- To develop enduring relationships with clients;
- To maximise sales for the Boutique;
- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
-To handle returns of merchandise;
-To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
-To support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
-To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
-To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
-To maintain customer database by inputting customers' profiles and updates;
-To go the “extra mile” to meet targets;
-Experienced at least 2 years on retail industry, preferably within prestigious fashion brands, excluding franchisnig, multibrand or own stores.
-Fluent in Dutch (Written and spoken) is essential.
-Fluent in English (Written and spoken) is essential
-Additional languages as french or italian would be a plus.
-Good standard of numeracy: a good knowledge of KPIs is requested.
-Good organisational skills.
-Proven track record in delivering strong business results within a fashion environment.
-Ability to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance.
-An excellent communicator with customers.
-Ability to inspire customers & store colleagues;
-Great customer service skills and
-Dynamic and creative;
