POSITION SUMMARY:
 
The Digital CRM & Analytics Coordinator will report into the Digital Manager and will work within the marketing team.  The Digital CRM & Analytics Coordinator will be instrumental in establishing the appropriate cadence and content of B2C communications (namely, email, direct mail and text messages) programmes in the context of the company's global marketing campaigns, measurably driving footfall into Maasmechelen Village resulting in sales growth. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Build the CRM content so that it is aligned to digital and village calendar and implement, collaborating with the relevant teams
*Work on the local privilege scheme and integrate this into the CRM content
*Develop and implement meaningful customer segmentation in the B2C marketing programme, given data made available
*Drive interest and passion for Maasmechelen Village, part of the Bicester Village Shopping Collection brand
*Provide frequent analysis on customer behaviours, profiles and preferences
*Provide frequent and robust analysis on B2C marketing performance
*Monitor legal issues surrounding consumer data, privacy mail ability and email ability, deliverability
*Support the growth of the customer database through data capture at all possible points, working in conjunction with local and central team
*Identify and develop online consumer marketing opportunities, communications through email, SMS, online PR and viral campaigns.
*Be aware of opportunities with SEM and SEO and particularly Google AdWords and be able to advise on optimizing content
*Coordinate and prepare creative analysis for B2C campaigns (emails, SMS)
*Be responsible for promoting the use of new and innovative technology, whilst compiling competitor reports to ensure the local online marketing activity is consistently at the forefront and relevant to local consumers.
*Analyse website traffic and campaign ROI using tools such as Google analytics
*Use analytics to better understand consumer behaviour and to target and optimise future campaigns.
*Research local digital and consumer trends.
*Provide strong reporting on local campaign analysis and ROI for all digital campaigns such as email, display advertising, buzz, online PR and partnerships. 

 
 

Profil recherché

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
*Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Communications
*Minimum 3 years' experience in online marketing and database driven direct marketing
*Demonstrable CRM copy-writing skills
*Experience with data-driven marketing (direct mail and email)
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Experience in the fashion industry or luxury brand segment is a plus
*Ability to create innovative and effective processes
*Able to work individually and in a team
*Understanding of technology, platforms, limitations
*Knowledge of e-marketing principles and methods
*Strong organisation skills
*Ability to prioritise and put processes in place
*Language fluency preferably in English, Dutch, French (German optional)
*Consumer engagement Analytical experience essential including SEO /Google analytics.
*Passionate about the Consumer Journey and Digital experience
