Description du poste
The incumbent will be part of the Benelux team, reporting to the E-commerce Manager. He/she will be responsible for assisting all related e-commerce activities in the field.
He/she will build and maintain excellent relationships with the Office staff, Retail team,HQ E-Commerce department, Key Accounts, and any other internal and external parties.
•Is fully responsible for the timely coordination of all E-commerce related initiatives:
oUpdating product assortment, content and product pictures for own websites
oSEO contents optimization for local websites
oLocal nurturing of the contact database
oDefining initiatives to optimize conversion
oAssisting in coordinating the omni-channel calendar about local promotions / actions with retail and marketing team
oContinuously delivering professional support to key customers
•Carefully analyses the key online initiatives on a daily / weekly base
•Timely delivers recurring and ad-hoc transparent an accurate reporting on website, category, and product sales performance.
•Constantly follows up market and e-commerce trends.
•Maintains irreproachable up to date product knowledge.
• Be a digital expert with minimum Bachelor degree in E-Marketing
• Have min 2 year experience (online marketing, e-commerce…)
• Have knowledge of SEO/SEA, Google Analytics…
• Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Have strong communication skills with analytical mindset
• Be a strong team player & be highly customer oriented
• Demonstrate passion for the lifestyle sector
• Be bilingual Dutch/French with very good knowledge of English.
