Bertelles has been specialising in men’s braces/suspenders since 2015.
All are hand-produced in Belgium and are distributed through our own website, as well as via a network of 60+ multi-brand retailers. These are mostly located in Belgium and France, but we also have partners in Germany, Austria, UK and Norway.
With almost 15.000 pairs of Bertelles sold in just 3 years, we want to position the brand as one of the leading European players in our market segment and have the ambition to quickly extend our presence in Europe over the coming years, before looking further afield.

Description du poste
We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (permanent contract) who will be working directly with and report to the founder of the brand.
First recruitment for the brand, the candidate will be responsible for increasing the presence of the brand in specific pre-defined markets (European focus at this stage), via the development of our network of retail partners.
This includes tasks such as identifying potential partners in line with the brand’s strategy, contacting them and making the sale. It also includes focusing on managing and growing the existing portfolio, as the key to developing the brand is building long-term commercial relationships with the clients.
The tasks also include coordination of timely deliveries to the clients and, progressively, the candidate will also be involved in the definition of the commercial strategy and the annual budget planning process.
Finally, the candidates will be responsible for organising and managing the brands’ presence in professional fairs abroad.
Junior and keen to learn, you have just finished your studies (at least a Bachelor from a good school/university) or have a first work experience.
With excellent sales skills, you enjoy the client contact and thrive on a challenge – you are also very well organised and rigorous and manage your time efficiently. You are positive thinker and solution oriented. Able to work alone, you also enjoy teamwork and have the potential of becoming a manager and creating your own team.

Your English is fluent and you speak at least another European language (ideally NL, DE, SP, IT or FR), and enjoy a multicultural environment.
