For one of our client a premium brand specialized in travelling accessories and baggage, we are looking for an Outlet Merchandise Planner. This position is based in London city center

Develop and execute plans consistent with the strategic vision of the company’s collections in terms of forecasting, trending and inventory management
Provide and update monthly forecast for all collections
Support the Retail Leadership Team with monthly and quarterly reports concerning sales, trends, forecast accuracy and inventory if applicable for specific accounts or regions
Study purchase trends of customers as well as fashion and seasonal trends to forecast product buys for the accounts
Provide analysis and recommendations with each Outlet Store to understand the nuances of each business
Build strong relationships with each Outlet Store to understand differences and strategy by Outlet Location
Evaluate the Sales Goals of Outlet Stores and strategize inventory buys to support the appropriate level of sales
Work with the Planning and Inventory Team to forecast the product lines, category and sku level for Outlet Stores for new Launches and Replenishment Products
Participate in annual sales planning process to ensure that monthly product plans are in alignment with monthly sales plans by channel
Review, analyze, report and help manage the inventory in the Outlet Stores so that the flow of inventory is appropriate and consistent with Sales and Financial Plans.
Willing to relocate to London
Able to develop execute the strategic vision of the company’s collections in terms of forecasting, trending, and inventory management.

Strong Team Player to gain and foster cross-functional support for forecast and inventory accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skill set.
Able to work in a dynamic environment and quickly shift between various tasks and responsibilities.
Pro-active and good at anticipating and trouble- shooting problems.
Proficient spreadsheet and computer skills working in Excel, Access, and ideally SAP (or comparable system).
Strong background in forecasting, sales planning, merchandise planning, and retail planning desired.
