Our company is specialized in women’s pret a porter. It focuses on women aged between 25 and 50 who actively take part in society, and favors timeless pieces, clean silhouettes, effortless chic, and power dressing. Our brand furthermore concentrates on neglected beauty, bold and spontaneous colors, and arty wear.
The company will be operating from Belgium, especially Antwerp and Brussels, and occasionally from Maastricht in The Netherlands.

We are looking for a partner for sales, marketing and other commercial issues with in-depth knowledge of the fashion market in the Benelux (and France) while knowledge of other markets will be welcomed.
Communicative and well-organized, the candidate has a keen eye for fashion trends and is efficient in public relations, including in writing.
With a proactive, precise and positive attitude, the candidate values working in a small team, is enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, and willing to face new challenges. The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
*Definition of the essential assortment for the retail channel
*Sufficient expertise of womenswear fashion products
*Review of the retail selection and quality
*Product training development for the retail
*Market visit and Competitors research
*Development of the collection briefing
*Constant relationship with the design and production team during the development of the collection.
*Pricing and check of the target cost and margin
*Training presentation during the sales campaign
*Perfect knowledge of the Office main tools is essential.
*Follow-up of the sell-in during the sales campaign and edit
*The candidate has to be eligible to work in the EU since the job is based in Antwerp with travelling to Brussels and Maastricht.
*Traveling can be expected, especially within Benelux countries.
*Driver’s license may be an advantage.
*Good knowledge of English, French & Dutch. While not required, knowledge of Turkish, Chinese or Russian may constitute an advantage.
-As our partner for sales, marketing and commercial issues, you will be part of small, dynamic and fast-growing start-up company with colleagues based in Benelux and Istanbul. As a partner, share participation is subject to discussion.
-Interviews will take place in Antwerp preferably on 23 or 26 March 2018; if candidates are not available then, alternative dates may be discussed.
