Description du poste
For its Benelux Sales Office based in Oudenaarde, Samsonite is currently looking for a result-driven Sales Executive for the North & Eastern part of Belgium and Luxembourg. The incumbent will implement the sales strategy set for the assigned territory and further develop the brand implementation in the area.
Delivers Sales Targets (qualitative & quantitative) as set by the Field Sales Manager within the assigned geographical territory.
Successfully manages the customer portfolio assigned.
Ensures that his/her territory is capturing the maximum of its growth possibility by developing existing accounts and constantly identifying and penetrating new accounts.
Builds and develops excellent relations with all clients to establish a long term business relationship.
Builds strong and collaborative relationships with the rest of the team and other departments.
Forecasts and continuously reports sales results to the management and other departments.
Maintains up to date knowledge of products and of any ongoing promotions or specials the company is running and ensures this is transferred to customers.
Produces detailed and transparent reports on sales initiatives and forecasts on sales.
Participates to regular meetings with his team to review sales performance, product development, sales goals, and profitability.
Attends trade shows and events.
Proactively reports to the Field Sales Manager and relevant departments observed customer preferences, reaction to new products introduction, current market conditions, etc.
Have minimum 5 years of sales experience in a branded consumer goods environment
Be Dutch mother tongue and possess a good command of English and French.
Holds minimum a bachelor degree
Have proven track record of selling consumer goods
Possess very strong selling skills & techniques.
Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Possess strong analytical, negotiating and influencing skills.
Constantly be objective oriented, motivating and well structured
Be self-confident, independent and very well organized.
