Description du poste

The In-Store Visual is responsible for working with store management to maximize sales, maintain the Levi’s brand image through implementing Levi’s Visual guidelines and Merchandising standards and offer an exceptional shopping experience to consumers.

Drives store revenue by :
- Consistently delivering store sales targets by servicing customers and generating additional sales (application of customer service standards in line with Denim Leadership)
- Ensuring the product on the floor is well displayed, tagged, assorted in the full range of sizes and available for consumers
- Replenishing the floors to ensure that full range of assortment is displayed at any time
- Maintaining the sample rails of product not on the sales floor
- Demonstrating product knowledge to engage customers and increase conversion
- Using his knowledge of merchandising standards, sales productivity and customer service to increase the store profitability
- Reviewing store sales, KPI’s and merchandise reports to identify product sales opportunities with the store manager.
- Ensuring that store merchandise presentation and product levels are consistently maintained to Levi’s visual guidelines to facilitate Customer Service and increase sales
- Training store associates in Levi’s Visual Guidelines and Merchandising standards.
- Reacting upon input of Store Manager to business trends to change wall displays and products focal points

Thanks to his perfect knowledge of Basic Visual standards and Visual actions (season update + in season), the In-Store Visual Referent creates a delightful shopping experience for the consumer by :
- Embedding Levi’s Pioneering Brand image and Values through an effective implementation of Levi’s Visual Guidelines (criteria and quantities), including :
- Window installation
- In-store merchandising
- In-store mannequins
- In-store P.O.P. materials placement.
Participating actively to visual training
- Reacting to business inputs from the store manager to execute product displays, and in store visual to respond to business challenge while respecting the Levi’s visual presentation
- Working in conjunction with the store manager and VM to define visual floor moves, refresh and action for the store
- Providing Head Office with ongoing feedback by using existing forms (VM checklist) and pictures on a regular basis, in regards to Visual Merchandising, product and hardware.

The In-Store Visual Referent maintains excellence in the store and contributes to Levi’s being positioned as a market leader ahead of the competition by :
• Encouraging a creative approach to product presentation in store, coaching and training store team in visual guidelines and merchandising standards.
• Constantly monitoring store merchandise standards, needs and KPI results through appropriate reports and store team feedback
• Managing best- and slow-sellers : collaboration with Store Manager to determine commercial store needs
• Constantly monitoring store merchandise standards, needs and KPI results through appropriate reports and store team feedback
• Being responsible for maintaining merchandising standards and product levels on sales floor according to Visual Merchandising Guidelines
• Adopting a flexible and proactive approach to meet deadlines and delivering some light manual work in case if it is required to meet VM guidelines.

Education / Work Experience
  • Must have at least 2 yearsas sales staff and have a background knowledge of visual merchandising within a fashion environment
