We currently seek a motivated and experienced Store Manager for our new store in Antwerp.
The Store Manager will be responsible for budgeting, counter-specific marketing, and building the counter's client base, as well as choreographing the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants. You will be a skilled professional and be able to grace this role with diligence, passion, and élan.
This role will provide you with an incomparable opportunity for a manager to further develop their skill set. You will possess a high standard of organisation, time management and commercial capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating, coaching and, in turn, the performance and development of their staff. An ability to create a unique Aesop experience with core customers will be important, along with creating key relationships with stakeholders and neighbourhood businesses.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous retail experience in management or assistant management of a store, with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques,
- Outstanding communication and people management abilities,
- Computer literacy (MS Office),
- Demonstrated problem solving skills,
- A genuine dedication to retail and the ability to work autonomously,
- The ability to speak fluent English is a requirement.
