Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant que stagiaire au sein de notre département d'Achat de Marques Invitées. En plus de notre collection interne, Bellerose présente chaque saison une vaste sélection de marques invitées soigneusement choisies à travers le monde, comprenant des baskets, des chaussures et des bijoux. En tant que stagiaire au sein du service des marques invitées, vos responsabilités seront variées et incluront, entre autres. Travailler avec les acheteurs juniors pour les aider dans le processus d'achat des marques invitées.Gérer le portefeuille de marques et de produits : pré-analyse, sélection des marques et assortiment des produitsAssister aux rendez-vous d'achat avec les fournisseursAnalyse du marché et de la concurrence et positionnement de la marque par rapport aux concurrents hors ligne et en ligneRecherche de nouvelles marques et de leur valeur ajoutée pour Bellerose hors ligne et en ligneCollaboration étroite avec la stratégie marketing (en ligne) lors de la recherche de nouveaux partenariats, de collaborations commerciales, de marques génératrices de trafic, ....Gestion de l'Open to Buy : analyse de la saison (suivi des best-sellers) et recherche continue d'opportunités d'échange/commande (surveillance des plateformes B2B des marques invitées)Responsable de l'administration des achats (préparation des modèles de commande, collecte et structuration de toutes les informations, préparation du guide du lookbook pour chaque collection et des informations de visualisation pour les magasins et l'équipe E-commerce), gestion de la base de données d'images des collections.Contribution à la plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne pour le personnel des magasins sur les thèmes des marques invitées.

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career, or do you already have some experience in supply chain management? Join our team as an Inventory & Supply Planner, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. In this position, you'll be responsible for aligning incoming demand with vendor production capacity, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our internal and external customers. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to optimize order allocation and availability, minimizing leftover inventory while supporting the achievement of our financial goals. As our Inventory & Supply Planner you will: Pre-season setup: Define production and availability parameters based on the targets/input given by the Inventory and Supply manager. Linecleaning/Linereviews: Prepare the production part and review the collection with the Merchandising/Sales Operations/forecasting and Sourcing team in order to define availability, status, ship modes, upcharges and non-production Vendor management: Agree on general capacity and constraints with the vendors, considering their input and output capacity. Follow up deliveries, both towards timing and order completion. Agree and verify with vendors on fabric & trim liabilities. Weekly production planning: Setup and review production planning by fabric, driven by pre-defined parameters. Review with our allocation/product master data team, Product Development and Merchandising team the ongoing collaborations and flash collections. Production order management: Give vendors the go-ahead to order fabrics. Size, re-size, split or hold production orders in order to achieve the inventory and service targets. Define quantities to be scheduled separately for UK in view of duties optimalization Inventory management: Evaluate and communicate if products need to be dropped from the collection, are 'sold out' or if the availability needs to be moved to a later date. Update a weekly 'on hold' report and initiate action to remediate production or delivery issues. Communication & feedback: prepare the operations meetings and give feedback during the meeting to sourcing and merchandising team Assist sample co-ordinator with sample PO placement and tracking. Ad hoc reporting: Prepare efficiency files, PO difference reports, etc.. Support the further development and optimize the working of the new planning module logility and get a clear view of the impact of the planning system on the overall availability and atp calculation in S4/MM/ B2B ... Follow up on production and shipments: being able to track scheduled PO's out of logility in to S4, release from these PO's in to NGC and data flow from NGC to GT nexus. Being able to identify possible issues in NGC and impact on logility, shipments and PO in take working closely together with logistics and DC. Support new projects both EMEA as global ones: example how can we again automate the PO updates (quantities+ CRD's ) in S4 by using NGC data , factory release data and info out of GT Nexus. Skills for Success: We are looking for a starter with a University Degree (Applied Economics, Economics, Commercial Engineer) or someone with experience in supply chain, operations or logistics; Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills are a must; Good and professional communication skills; Teamplayer; Flexibility and ability to deal with deadlines; Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. You as HRBP Supply Chain Belgium is responsible for supporting the organization's business strategy by effectively managing human resources across the teams of Supply Chain in Belgium including DC's Belgium, Logistics & Customs employees (+400 HC).
