With a focus on brand presence and profitability, you will drive the implementation of the sales strategy across all relevant channels and ensure sustainable performance within your territory.Completed degree in Textile/Fashion Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a comparable commercial qualification; initial practical experience in retail or sales, ideally within the fashion industryStrong communication skills and a high level of service orientationConfident handling of relevant KPIs and solid knowledge of ExcelFirst experience in budgeting, planning, and consulting within the order businessStrong brand affinity and enthusiasm for implementing visual merchandising guidelines at the POSProficiency in working with digital tools and their use in sales and marketing (e.g., CRM, ordering or BI tools)Excellent self-organization and time management skills; enjoyment of variety and willingness to travel
