Stanley/Stella is a Belgian company with its HQ in Brussels, but our approach is anything but local. Serving the B2B apparel market, our customers are spread across Europe and we work with an exclusive network of Official Dealers that transform our garments locally.

As our new Area Sales Manager France you will be responsible for the sales growth of your region.

Your role
 
  • You are responsible for the sales development of your sector in France.
  • You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be part of a team of 3 Sales Manager.
  • Your mission will evolve over time, however this role is very varied, challenging and versatile.
  • You create an action plan for visiting and selecting dealers or textile decorators (Screenprinters, Digital Printers).
  • You are in charge of opening new accounts. You present the collection, but as importantly, you convey your passion for our ethos, to all levels of the company: MD, Purchase Manager, Sales Team, Customer Care, Field Trade Marketeer…
  • You ensure there is a growing business. You position yourself as a true advisor, you are the key to their success.
  • This is real team work: you collaborate with different departments amongst marketing, customer care, the internal sales…


Bear in mind: this is not just about selling a product. This is about conveying a new concept, a new spirit, a new experience. You will be on the road at least three days a week.

Profil recherché

Let’s talk about you
 
  • You have experience in the textile industry B2B or/and in the textile printing industry
  • You speak fluent French and good English , other languages are a plus
  • You have sales experience, both in finding new clients and in establishing solid, long-term partnerships
  • You are responsible for the reporting.
  • You are comfortable with IT (CRM, Pack-office,…)
  • You enjoy advising, convincing, sharing your enthusiasm
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to interact both internally and externally.
  • You are well-organized and comfortable working with figures
