JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst/Tactical Lead to support the successful roll out of LS&Co's Global ERP implementation. This role is part of the DTC track which is tasked with building the foundation to scale LS&Co's omni-channel business effectively as well as future proofing the business by designing solutions that easily adapts to market changes. The DTC Business Analyst/Tactical Lead will gather and create detailed end to end workflow and business requirements by leveraging business and technical experience and frame them for IT. This role will also manage the day-to-day activities of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) SOLAR project deliverables for the team.

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support the successful roll out of LS&Co's Global ERP implementation. This is a tactical role within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) track which will be tasked with building the foundation to scale LS&Co's omni-channel business effectively as well as ensuring long-term success and growth by designing solutions that easily adapt to market changes. You will report to the Regional Deployment Lead, DTC and Warehouse Operations.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Own end to end results for integrating merchandising activities in SAP and flow to our point of sale and ecomm systems
  • Own reporting requirement for all DTC areas with a focus on Sales and Operating metrics
  • Project manager for the DTC track, ensure external and internal partners deliver on expectations
Responsibilities:

  • Work with project team and business stakeholders to document current end to end processes and gather comprehensive requirements, identifying where the business process might vary by region or channel, specifically in the area of retail merchandising activities
  • Validate that solutions designed by IT will meet define requirements and drive change as needed, ensure testing of design is successful through QA cycles.
  • Serve as thought leader in cross-functional problem-solving exercises by leveraging systems and business knowledge to guide the issue to resolution without compromising on quality, consistency, and user acceptance aspects of the solution
  • Lead workshop sessions with business stakeholders to identify and define reporting and KPI requirements, partner with BI team to ensure requirements will be delivered.
  • Manage day to day activities such as leading weekly cross-functional team meetings, and aligning resources for project to achieve project milestones, support activities such as end user to role mapping etc.
  • Team liaison with Program Management and Change Management partners, ensuring that DTC concerns are addressed and resourced.
  • Manage the DTC track's library of documentation containing but not limited to business process documents, project plans, security role definitions, and sign off documentation.
  • Conduct project reviews with key stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders to provide progress and plan to key milestones, manage key decisions and mitigate risks.
  • Manage risks and identify workarounds and processes to prevent disruptions
  • Serve as SME for SIT, Training, and UAT efforts
  • Key partners for this role are Merchandising, Planning, DTC Operations, BI teams in addition to the ERP Project team.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in a retail operations role or a business analyst role advising retail teams.
  • Experience with technical project launches and implementing new business processes within a retail environment
  • Strong technical acumen balanced by practical understanding of business operations
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Understanding of core ERP and retail concepts, including business KPIs
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with working within a project framework
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Project management experience beneficial
