We are currently looking for a Chief Product & Marketing Assistant as a replacement for a maternity leave. The period of the mission will be from February 2019 until the summer holidays. As Chief Product & Marketing Assistant you will report directly to the Head of Buying & Design. You will mainly be responsible for the daily activities of our departments Buying and Marketing.
As a CPMO Assistant your mission will be as follows:
Providing general administrative support: agenda management, planning of business trips according to ‘travel calendar’, following up the business credit cards (checking extracts, making expense reports) and checking the invoices in our payment system EASI. In addition to this, ad hoc tasks for the Buying management team can also be part of the daily routine.
Managing the budget file of the Buying department.
Effectively contributing to improving the use of the Frontvoice software program by doing translations, coordinating tests and questionnaires, as well as obtaining feedback from team members and passing all the information to the Commercial department.
HR follow up: onboarding program newcomers, recruitment: determine job profiles and first screening profiles, follow-up appraisals and training needs.
Following up the sample process of the photoshoots with Marketing.
Coordinating Marketing / Buying projects (example: collaboration with bloggers)
Providing general support to the team: follow-up of absences, leave days, days in store, internal sales moments. You are also the contact person for our IT department.
Attending marketing meetings, taking minutes and following up on Buying / Marketing projects.
Organizing team events and training.
- You speak fluently French and Dutch, and have an operational level of English.
- You master the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You are hands-on, a real team player and you have excellent organizational skills.
