*Train sellers on using the back-office
*Be the first point of contact for sellers in case of functional issues (import offers, products…)
*Be the Mirakl wizard of the team
Profil recherché
*Bachelor’s degree is required
*Interest in digital and new technologies
*Ability to learn quickly
*Experience within a customer service environment
*Proficiency in French and Dutch mandatory and English preferably
