As the Digital Consumer Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of the digital marketing activities with a strong focus on ROI. Working closely with members of the marketing and eCommerce team and external partners to define strategies to drive sustainable business growth improving the ROI for our digital commercialisation channels. You will also drive experimentation and be responsible for reporting the results to key stakeholders.

How You Will Make a Difference

* Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to acquire new consumer and improve campaigns ROI.

* Build, execute and optimise effective cross-channel digital campaigns to achieve business objectives.

* Work in partnership with the agencies and the eCommerce team to develop marketing automation to build and launch complex automated campaigns.

* Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and performance; present the key insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and customers.

* Collaborate with the brand and VFC team to understand user segmentation and behaviour & identify consumer insights to drive transactional and promotional content strategies in life cycle marketing campaigns.

* Brief the agency and coordinate activities for paid media for various ad platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, Affiliates & optimise in-depth the different channels.

* Manage marketing activations with Europe biggest digital pure players. Such as Zalando, Amazon, About you.

* Continuously run marketing experiments including baseline, creative, content, Landing pages and frequency to improve key performance metrics.

* Work together with our content creation team to build high-impact creative assets based on thorough A/B testing and performance analysis.

* Maintains deep knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies tools.

Skills for Success

To succeed as Digital Consumer Acquisition Manager you must be passionate about digital performance marketing, automation of process and the analysis of metrics and KPIs to drive decisions. Taking test & learn approach is a must to drive sustainable improvements in the strategy and to impact results over the main digital campaigns KPIs and business results, communicating and presenting results to different stakeholders' profiles.

* Direct, hands-on experience managing paid media (search, display, social, affiliates), and Marketing Automation either at an agency or in-house.

* Proficiency in paid media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEM, YouTube)

* Experience in prioritising, developing, and optimising marketing activities towards ROI improvement. Nice to have technical knowledge of FB/Google marketing API integrations.

* Proven experience in B2C marketing, A/B testing and building media plans, forecasts.

* Nice to have experience working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other third-party tools.

* Highly analytical and data-driven thinking as well as advance level Excel and PowerPoint skills.

* Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting standards and a track record of proven business results through A/B testing techniques and data analysis.

* Independent problem solver that can juggle many tasks and thrive in a startup environment.

* Strong communication (English is a must) and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
