PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT THE E-RETAIL AND E-CRM STRATEGY
OPTIMIZE DEDICATED BRAND SPACES ON E-RETAILERS
MANAGE MARKETING EXPENSES
IN CHARGE OF E-RETAILER AGREEMENTS
IN CHARGE OF WEEKLY & MONTHLY REPORTINGS

- Manage e-retailer business for Givenchy & Kenzo under the supervision of the Marketing Director
- Develop e-market share and enhance brand image of the 2 Maison’s
- Optimize the social media visibilities for Givenchy & Kenzo on retailer channels
- Federate all the departments around E-retail to be sure that all opportunities are maximized
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT THE E-RETAIL AND E-CRM STRATEGY
- Define the E-retail, CRM, print and digital annual strategic plan with the Marketing Director & KAM
- Manage the implementation of E-retail strategy respecting the brand image (guidelines) and priorities
- Drive the E-retail and digital trade plans to deliver strong sales growth
- Analyze results and recommend on-going optimizations
OPTIMIZE DEDICATED BRAND SPACES ON E-RETAILERS
- Update the e-merchandising catalog assortment to boost the visibility, traffic and sell out conversion
- Animate the brand page of the 2 Maison’s in coherence with the marketing plan
- Check the sites weekly to avoid any bug and take optimization actions
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the retailers
MANAGE MARKETING EXPENSES
- Be part of the budget construction and revisions
- Monitor and compile the monthly expenses to achieve P&L target
- Track each expense from purchase order to invoice imputation
IN CHARGE OF E-RETAILER AGREEMENTS
- Evaluate the website and validate the opening of the website with the corporate team
- Send the E-merchandising information and check the respect of the guidelines
- Manage the relationship with the potential new E-retailer
IN CHARGE OF WEEKLY & MONTHLY REPORTINGS
- Prepare weekly flash memo tracking LFB visibility, competitor best practices and adding qualitative feedbacks
- Lead the monthly E-retail analysis including market trends, LFB performances and KPIs competitor insights

Profil recherché
PROFILE
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Graduate level education: business, marketing and/or communication
- Trilingual: Dutch, French & English
- Previous solid experience in E-retail & trade
- Personal affinity with Kenzo & Givenchy
- Experience in Beauty Industry is a plus
- Pack Office, SAP, Photoshop & Indesign
