Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, energetic, passionate and results driven General Manager to inspire, lead & develop the store team to deliver the Ralph Lauren Experience to an exceptional level within our full price store based in Bruxelles.

As General Manager you will maximize store performance and profitability by maintaining a customer first culture within the store.

Key accountabilities of the role:

•Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profit results by providing the Ralph Lauren Experience, create a customer first culture across the store population;

•Create a working environment with creativity, strong work ethic and a passion for the brand Ralph Lauren

•Ensure effective communication for sharing of product knowledge, coaching of selling skills to new and existing employees

•Deliver the Brand visual proposition to commercially enhance the customer journey

•Manage inventory flow to minimize shrink loss through operational excellence

•Manage the store census, review effectiveness, make considered and measured recommendations to the Country Manager that will optimize store coverage and productivity

•Analysis data, utilize reports and make conclusions to optimize performance and/or take corrective action

•Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the local market, competitor activity and share opportunities

Profil recherché

The successful candidate has previous experience in retail and preferably in Fashion.

You have at least 5 years experience as a Store Manager.

You have strong analytical skills and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in French and English.

You are accustomed to setting and managing store performance through KPI´s and a have a strong business acumen and skill-set which enables the management and development of our employee / You feel comfortable working under deadlines, process.
