HR Generalist
You'll join our great HR team based in Brussels and will be mainly focused on Recruitment & Selection by ensuring an overall awesome candidate experience.
Keen on contributing to the human resources, you'll support the team in various HR topics that may include Employer Branding, Onboarding, Learning & Development and HR projects.

HR Generalist
You'll join our great HR team based in Brussels and will be mainly focused on Recruitment & Selection by ensuring an overall awesome candidate experience.
Keen on contributing to the human resources, you'll support the team in various HR topics that may include Employer Branding, Onboarding, Learning & Development and HR projects.
Main responsibilities
- Follow up of the entire Recruitment & Selection process: identifying relevant sources, reviewing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening and conducting interviews.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new colleagues.
- Communicate with internal/external clients and candidates.
- Take initiative to guarantee a smooth running of the selection and onboarding processes.
- Ensure proper use of our HR tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends.
- Passion for HR.
- Degree in HR, Psychology or Economics.
- Fluency in French and Dutch, good knowledge of English, Italian is a plus.
- PC literate
