We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing the Human Capital Strategy for distribution activities of Nike’s ELC. You will work 40% of your time in the weekend shift and 60% of your time in day shift during the week.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- You’ll manage and guide organizational design, development and change management solutions in partnership with the business.
- You’ll develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business strategies and objectives.
- You’ll develop talent strategies aligned to business plans and guide the business leaders in building internal talent potential.
- You’ll coach management teams on complex leadership and HR issues including talent/performance goals and HR/talent implications of business decisions.
- You’ll lead successful implementation of DC initiatives and/or HR processes; provide tools, advice, and information to support effective execution.
- You’ll build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate senior leader focused interventions, e.g. team effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, manager capability, etc.

Profil recherché
Specific Work Experience:
Proven experience (5-7 years) in core consultative and administrative areas of HR, including: organizational design and development; performance/compensation management; employee relations; learning and development; succession planning and recruiting/selection; leadership and competency development; benefits; knowledge of relevant HR legislation of Belgium.
Strategic/business planning, organization design and organizational change /change management knowledge and experience.
Experience in working with unions in a large organization.
Formal or informal executive coaching experience.
Functional Capabilities & Skills:
Leadership Identity; ability to lead through others and influence.
Organizational effectiveness and capability expertise as well as organizational health and culture expertise.
Talent Management expertise to maximize the potential of a team with ability to link and leverage performance and rewards.
Ability to establish business credibility; trusted advisor/consultant who creates consensus, influences change and moves others toward a common goal.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in a variety of settings and speaking to all levels of employees from front line to vice presidents (fluent in English).
Proven ability to use wage and financial data to make appropriate wage and headcount decisions through excellent Business Acumen.
