WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Become a part of the Nike Team.

We are looking for an Inventory Control Analyst, who will strengthen the Nike EMEA Controlling team based in Nike European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium.

Through detailed process knowledge and analytical skills, you can extract and use available inventory control data and convert into relevant business information. You can easily work with the different data sources and can take critical decisions based on the right information. This role also supports in developing, implementing, and driving changing business processes with a continuous improvement and strategic approach.

Analysts act as the voice of their department in X-functional projects, communication with various stakeholders and translating complex information into business insights. Our ideal candidate is a true team player with relevant hands-on experience, passion, work ethic and curiosity.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Standardizing reporting across distribution centers to enable execution and appropriate decision making.
  • Proactively searching for innovation and continuous (process) improvements.
  • Embracing a critical attitude and actively asking questions. Always strive for the “why”.
  • Developing reports and scorecards with a focus on “value for the customer”.
  • Documenting and securing changes in the well-controlled inventory control processes.
  • Work as a team with other inventory control functions about the findings of the performed analyses. Communicating to drive actions based on reporting.
  • Being responsible for development and preform bot controller activities for the robotic solutions used within the team.
  • Assist on key systems reconciliation to ensure inventory availability for fulfillment.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and analysis with a focus on process improvement and automation (RPA opportunities, tool development).
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You are part of the EMEA Innovation and Supply Chain Controlling team (I+SCC). Collaborating with various passionate teams, mainly Planning – IT Support – RPA, both on the European Logistics Campus and internationally at the European Headquarter based in Hilversum (NL).

Profil recherché

WHAT YOU BRING


Economic or logistics degree achieved, or equivalent through experience.
With your detailed analytical and synthetic skills, you have a good idea of statistical models.
Facilitate solutions in group and offering contribution until the intended result is achieved.
Ability to educate and train end users on system workflow, design, and proposed change.
You are stress resistant and dribble efficiently between different priorities.
Good ability to handle and optimally prioritize numerous and challenging priorities and requests.
Inquisitive, initiating, and flexible.
Enable initiatives through proactive advisement.
With your critical and creative view, you can think out of the box and see the big picture.
Standout "can do" attitude and passion to drive and manage processes.
Proficiency with Office package: expert in the use of Excel and familiar with database structures. SAP experience is also required.
Knowledge of Cognos and Tableau reporting, as well as Python/VBA coding is beneficial.
Interested in system automation solutions.
Fluent communication, both written and spoken in English, and you can convey information in a clear and structured manner.
