Description du poste

Role Description:
Drive Strategic and Operational Continuous Improvement Initiatives within the LSE Distribution Organization and network.
As a member of the European Distribution Leadership team ensure relentless focus and execution against LS&Co blueprint and key strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key contributor in the European Distribution Leadership team in developing the function's strategy and operating plan.
- Lead Strategic Initiative projects that build or optimize capacity and service capability for delivery to customers within agreed service levels.
- Lead improvement projects in partnership with the Outsourced Operations partners to ensure set up to manage future growth & deliver Service Excellence. Influence, facilitate & drive the changes & improvements at all levels of the operation.
- Build a Holistic, Continuous Improvement Culture across the organization through LEAN, Operational Excellence and Project Management Methods and Tools.
- Responsible for Business Process Integration with focus on Distribution integration within the organization. Define business processes and provide input to system configuration decisions that impact Distribution.
- Develop Operational KPI & Analytics tools for the accurate measurement of delivery performance and ensure management focus on the right areas for improvement.
- Manage a team of numerous external resources (Consultants, Service providers, SME's etc.) for project purposes
- Manage internal project resources (Project managers, coordinators and subject matter experts)Candidate

Profil recherché

& Skills:
- University Degree in Industrial / Production Engineering and Business Administration.
- 10+ years of working experience in Logistics & Supply Chain management roles. Demonstrable end-to-end supply chain knowledge & understanding in both operations and projects.
- 5+ years Managing outsourced organizations with both open & closed book contracts.
- Experience in managing large matrix teams as well as operational team of direct reports.
- Experience of working in an international environment with a global-local matrix organization and Outsourced partners negotiating multi-million $ agreements.
- Experienced Change Manager with proven ability to influence & drive changes in Traditional and Matrix structures as well as within and outsourced organization during times of transition.
- Hands-on experience of system implementations and demonstration of deep understanding of ERP and WMS processes and integration. SAP & JDA/RedPrairie, Integrated Track & Trace Tools, Customs & Trade tools an added advantage.
- Experience European Customs procedures, implementation Tariff/Duty optimizing processes (IPR/OPR/Bonded Warehouse & AEO)
- Ability to fluently translate process design between Business Operational requirements and Technical Solutions.
- Trained Project Management & qualified LEAN or Six Sigma with proven ability to initiate and manage operational improvement projects.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to work in German or Dutch essential with other major European languages French & Spanish a distinct plus.
- Up to 40% travel expected, mainly within Europe.
