DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you will do every day
Processes:
- Ensure the proper use of RFID technology in all store processes and oversee team training in this area.
- Optimize stockroom capacity through detailed merchandise organization and distribution across different storage areas (transit and fixed) and manage overstock.
- Implement strategies to maintain replenishment standards on the shop floor, keeping 25R reports under control, and ensuring accurate shop floor readings.
- Analyze operational reports/KPIs, such as 25R replenishment ranking, devolution processes, transfer confirmations, and strategize for improvement.
- Coordinate all delivery processes, ensuring efficient fitting room and cash desk operations, and manage the follow-up of e-ticket data and incidents with the ATM department.
- Keep inventory updated with the latest data in systems like Sint, Fast Sint, and Online, and communicate any necessary adjustments to the team for process consistency.
- Inventory management: oversee and monitor all stock in-store, both merchandise and online.
- Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety regulations across all internal processes.
- Support team training and development, assisting in the onboarding of new team members, and keeping the team informed of business objectives and news.
- Provide assistance in executing health and safety requirements within the store.
- Act as a key holder, assisting with store opening and closing procedures.
- Contribute to operational task coverage within the store, participate actively in new projects, and lead training initiatives for the team.
- Promote a professional image within the team, ensuring that uniforms are worn correctly and that the team maintains high standards.
- Guarantee employee wellbeing, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Manage in-store resources according to the company's sustainability policies.
