PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Maximize the sales and brand image of PARFUMS GIVENCHY and KENZO PARFUMS
- Manage the product portfolio with a perfect balance novelties / best-sellers
- Optimize the resources allocated in a 360° vision in line with defined budgets and guidelines
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Build and implement the marketing plan in collaboration with Marketing Director and Group Manager
- Manage new launches: forecasts, quotas, sales presentations, sell out tools
- Develop a global efficient 360° action plan for key launch: store visibility, BC motivation
- Develop the merchandising recommendations: shelves and GTS planograms
- Create merchandising tools in respect with corporate guidelines: display, tester holder, shelf clip
- Field support for the salesteam: implementation of the merchandising recommendations
- Be part of the budget construction and revisions (turnover + expenses)
- Manage the monthly expenses to achieve P&L target with the Group Manager & the Mktg Director
- Track each expense from purchase order to invoice imputation
- In charge of sell in and sell out monthly analysis
- Manage the monthly report for HQ with Belux key facts (LFB + competitors)
- Lead the launch reports for HQ (quantitative + qualitative feedbacks)

Profil recherché
PROFILE
- Graduate level education: business, marketing and/or communication
- Trilingual: Dutch, English & French
- Personal affinity with Kenzo & Givenchy
- Previous experience in product management, business analyst and / or merchandising is a plus
- Pack Office, SAP, Photoshop & Indesign
- Team player
- Strong analytical and synthesis mindset
