Levi Strauss & Co. are looking for a Sales Operations Manager supporting our Sales Team across North Europe - UK, Nordics, DACH & EE.

The North Sales Operations team objective is to set North Sales up for future success and implement the infrastructure and agile strategies to enable the wholesale business, implement effective and efficient processes, support the team to take data informed decisions while reducing complexities via digitalization & automatization.

The Sales Operations Manager will lead across 2 of our objective pillars - Market Place Management & Integration, creating the strategic vision & driving for more efficient business practices. This role will lead in number of Global pilots & programs, leading, owning and drive for all sales needs & requirements.

The ideal candidate earns trust through communication and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, has extensive experience in sales & the sales process - internal & external, with a view on areas of opportunities to improve.

Job Description:

  • Implement the operational transformation across North Sales to be data driven, technology enabled and automated
    • Driving for customers to share sell out data, creating target customer lists

    • Ensure we have 100% validated sell out data

    • Driving & expanding our reach for customers with EDI access & current messages



    • Implement and drive VMI business models across the landscape

    • Partnering with Finance & Reporting Teams for delivering a suite of sales reports
      • Full review of current reports with functionality, audience and use of each, optimise where required to have a concise suite

      • Training & roll out of any new reports

      • Creating & circulating commercial insights, actions and opportunities



      • 360 Process Review to driving for more efficient business practices
        • Partnering with Account Managers to review current ways of working

        • Creating action plans with a view on areas of opportunities



        • Market Place Management has been a driving strategy across Europe for the past 3 years ensuring we have a clean and easy distribution - both with our account base & our tools. The main strategy with all these topics is simplification - of the process, intensity of the work and communications.
          • Develop & implement new seasonal processes aligned to the North Sales strategies

          • Review the current &Co Club & MOR (Minimum Order Requirement) metrics - developing new structures in line with simplification & business drivers

          • Implementing any new ways of working with internal & external communication plan

          • Tracking & reporting & executive summary communicated with necessary actions

          • Develop a new 'hands off' approach from Sales

          • Partnering with the product, development & Finance team on requirements & supporting logic of MOR and &Co Club visible on BCOM inline with GTM timelines



          • Ensure we have an accurate Distribution Blueprint & Database across Local & Global tools
            • Develop & ensure clear responsibilities, timelines & deadlines are respected across all teams for system updates including Commercial Terms, Account Status, Financial Information & Door Information

            • Ensure clear communication to stakeholders on Distribution Blueprint changes - develop an efficient and effective format

            • Quarterly report outs of Distribution status

            • Leading checks for Commercial Terms, ensuring we meet renegotiation deadlines/terms extensions

            • Lead & drive for needs and requirements for Global CRM Tool (CX360), creating timeline of launch, communication of features and roadmap to the business



            • Ensure we have a clean Account Distribution across our North Landscape
              • Implementation of LRN (Levi's Retailer Network) & LRN.com audits in partnership with the Marketplace Sales Team.

              • Process review to ensure efficient at all stages
                • Auditing, Reporting, Communication, Follow up



                • Review & action of unauthorized sellers on Marketplace sites



                • Operationalize sharing our brand content with customers
                  • Relationship management with Salsify Account Team

                  • Overseeing process, timeline & publishing of content to customers - Specialty & Targeted

                  • Creating a customer roll out plan for targeted integrations

                  • Ensure a clear communication plan for Specialty customers
