Who we are looking for
The Nike EMEA Enterprise Data & Analytics team (ED&A) is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM). Are you into data and AI/ML based decision making? Do you want to drive the development of products that our (business) users love? Then this position might be for you.
You understand and champion the importance of data, its quality, management and availability across the value chain. You are keen to lead a set of data, analytics and AI/ML products and to contribute to the strategy of a broader product domain. You can demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical product life cycle, balance between business and technology expertise, and love thinking about users and their needs.
What you will work on
You will help define, design, deliver, and support products that align with Nike’s strategy. Your team will champion using data to measure and optimize the supply chain operations and logistics across Nike EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa).
You will be part of a lively and thriving TPM community and work closely with development squads, business partners and users to craft product strategies, define requirements, and surface and prioritize user and business needs.
Your responsibilities will span several products, supporting them through the entirety of their lifecycle, from establishing initial goals to sunsetting.

3+ years of hands-on product management experience in a fast-paced environment
Degree in a relevant business or technical field or equivalent practical experience
Ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, balance priorities and collaborate across diverse and matrixed organizations
Experience driving a product vision, strategy and roadmap, managing user engagement, requirements gathering, and product launch
Validated prior success in defining and building tech and/or data products
Familiarity with common methods of product delivery and software development
Understanding of current and emerging (data & analytical) technologies
Solid presentation and facilitation skills; ability to communicate complex information in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
Passionate about applying design thinking and analytical abilities to solve user problems
