At the Nike European Logistics Campus in Laakdal near Antwerp (BE), we play an essential role in the athlete's experience with supply chain as our strength. We serve consumers all over the world with delivering the right products at the right time and place. We have a passion to become better every day in delivering the best experience!
We're looking for inspiring servant leaders to join our Transportation & Network Operations (TNO) team as Supply Chain Manager - Transportation! Together with the team this role will focus on bringing products from our factories around the globe to the Nike customers and distribution centers in EMEA. Our leaders thrive to build engaging and empowering work environments where talent can grow into its full potential. The TNO Manager will lead a team of specialists, analysts and coach and work together towards our common goal: to serve our customers and consumers at scale. Our ideal candidate is passionate about growing people, business, and yourself in constantly changing environment!
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
In this role you'll lead a team that will ensure that our products are delivered to the right place and time in a reliable and sustainable way. Together with your team you will be responsible to craft and implement innovative solutions including process transformation initiatives and new capability or capacity building initiatives. You create plans with clear timelines, results, and ownership while driving X-functional alignment and progress that are in line with the agreed solution.
Examples of our future focus include the further development of the consumer-centric multi-node fulfillment network, running & improving the transportation network operations and expanding the network. To make this happen you will get to work with many cross-functional team members, service providers and stakeholders.
To support our Digital First Supply Chain at Scale strategy we are growing and scaling our omnichannel distribution capabilities and will do this in an agile and lean way.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You collaborate with different partners in our ELC campus, our European and global HQ, and external partners, often in senior positions.

Profil recherché

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant Supply chain experience ideally in a global matrix environment. Having more years of experience is an asset.
- You have successfully built and led (virtual) teams and team values, team development is at the heart of everything you do.
- Experience with performance management and proven track record in project and changes management.
- You are open to introduce new ways of working and integrating agile and have flexible, positive, and solution focused approach, even in ambiguity.
- Comfortable to tell a simple story and drive action based on data and analytical insights.
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders in global environment
- You can think conceptually and end to end
- A great communicator in English, able to convey your thoughts, ideas, and opinions clearly and concisely face-to-face or virtually to all levels up and down stream.
- Willingness to travel, up to 10-20% on a yearly basis.
