WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a Facilities Technical Services Manager for the European Logistics Campus! We expect this new team member to have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in high-profile project- and operations management within the Facilities- , Workplace- or Maintenance Management. This person has a proven track record in leading strategic partners and technical suppliers, ensuring that they are set up for success in operating Nike’s inspiring workplace with world-class Logistics, services and access to sports. We also look for an energetic teammate that is able to effectively establish positive relationships within WD+C and the cross-functional teams to integrate and implement enterprise strategies collectively on our Campus.

 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Lead a team of professionals and strategic partners, provide direction and support to ensure the team is meeting performance expectations
  • Handle strategic technical services partner(s) to drive most value for Nike, including contract management with well-defined objectives
  • Lead the seamless operation of high-end workplace services in Technical Facility management and other Campus related services in a 24/7 environment
  • Partner with construction teams to build out the employee experiences of the future
  • Setup handover procedures to bring construction projects into daily operational maintenance
  • Lead a preventive and curative maintenance program for Technical, Electrical and Building+Infrastructural services
  • Budget administration for operational excellence and overall productivity
  • Collect key data to identify trends, insights and gaps to advise strategy, as well as relevant programming
  • Implement and drive WD+C EMEA strategic workplace technologies
  • Implement new processes and programs to increase efficiency and overall value to the organization
  • Lead all efforts to make the workplace even more balanced, minimizing Nike’s environmental impact and to achieve Nike´s purpose targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners to develop and advance the workplace experience on Campus. Partners include but are not limited to Distribution Leadership Teams, HR, Communications, Technology, Procurement, Security, Legal, Health and Safety, etc.

Profil recherché

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Reporting to the Director WD+C ELC, you will implement the workplace strategy on Campus supported by the EMEA Environment- and Experiences teams. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide thought leadership, handle business relationships and complete workplace initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders and are the WD+C eyes and ears advocating for the workplace of the future and collecting insights to drive innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Minimum of 5-year work experience in high-profile project- and operations management within the Facilities Management/Maintenance Management preferred with a focus on large scale operations.
Demonstrated experience leading strategic partners and supplier management
Excellent understanding of Facilities Management - both Technical and Workplace services
Shown ability to operationalize business strategies
Ability to influence multiple business partners across all levels of the organization
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in both Dutch and English
Competence to articulate complex business concepts in English
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and planning of deliverables
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
Knowledge of BMS, EMS and FMIS systems
Proficient in MS Office applications
A relevant network in the technical industry
A standout colleague striving for shared success
Financial reporting capabilities and a good eye for business results
Occasional travel possible
