    BALENCIAGA Associate Store Manager We are currently seeking an Associate Store Manager who will report to Store Manager for our store in Brussels. Your opportunity Associate Store Manager leads the store and sales team in order to meet and exceed all sales and KPIs goals, in compliance with all processes and guidelines. They are responsible for promoting brand engagement to clients to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to bring the store to its full potential. They acts as representative of the Store Manager and thus fulfils all the tasks given by HQ/HO and Store Manager. How you will contribute Business development: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to maximise business opportunities and working efficienciesAssist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the StoreSupport the Store Manager in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goalsTalent leadership and development: Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga behavioursIdentify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talentSupport the Store Manager in creating a team whose activities are always motivated, competent and up to date in the fashion and luxury industriesBrand promotion: Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustain and promote the culture of the brand internally and externallyEnsure Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are executed and consistent over timeDevelop clienteling mindset and client's loyalty and retention from beginners to VICsBuild a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with VIC and VVICsProcess management: Ensure that all the processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, HR guidelinesEnsure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the storeSupport the Store Manager in managing inventory activities and warehouse stockChallenge and improve current processes sustaining the growth and ensure efficiency and effectivenessKPIs (including but not limited to) Business: sales density, conversation rate, UPT, cross selling rate, transactionsTeam: sales productivity, training completion rate, turnover rateClient: local retention rate, CEEProcess: CRM, Omnichannel, back of houseWho you are Sustained proven experience in a managerial positionSignificant sales experience in the luxury retail industryProven experience in successfully managing a teamHigh sensitivity to client experience and loyaltyExceptional client service and interpersonal skillsPrecise, innovative, organised, adaptable, dynamicHighly available and responsive with a natural curiosityProduct and Fashion sensitivityWhy work with us?
