    As the Security & OHS Manager for BenSca, you will be responsible for safeguarding the security, health, and safety of people and assets across CHANEL sites (including Boutiques and offices) as well as during events across all three Divisions (Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, and Fragrance & Beauty). You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, lead crisis response, and foster a strong security and OHS culture across the BeNeLux and Scandinavian areas. You will report directly to the Northern Europe Human Resources Director and functionally to the Europe Security and OHS Manager. What impact you can create at Chanel Your tasks will be split into there main categories. Compliance and company policies implementation Ensure full compliance with local OHS laws, ESG criteria from CRSD and local security regulations across all sites. Organize and oversee mandatory OHS training, including first aid, fire safety, evacuation drills, and yearly assessments. Implement CHANEL Europe Security and OHS policies, procedures in all sites, and technical security guidelines into new sites projects. Maintain and regularly update local procedures. Operational oversight & budget management Plan preventive maintenance and implement corrective measures as needed. Monitor the performance of Security and OHS suppliers, with a particular focus on the guarding company. Deliver training sessions for staff and security guards on site to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness. Track and report monthly KPIs to local Management and Europe Security and OHS Manager. Work closely with local Management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, including police and security consultants. Act as the key point of contact for visits from the Internal Audit Department, Europe Security Manager, and external inspections. Provide on-site support for major events and new sites openings. Develop and monitor the Security and OHS budget in collaboration with the local Finance team to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. Risk management and crisis response Conduct regular site assessments, investigate breaches or incidents, and implement swift corrective actions. Lead emergency responses and crisis management for incidents. Implement BCP policy and coordinate regular exercises. What you will bring Degree or professional certification in security, health and safety or related areas. 10+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces. Training or experience in emergency response, crisis management, BCP. In-depth knowledge of security technologies and other security-related equipment. Familiarity with laws, regulations and industry standards in BeNeLux and Scandinavia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Sense of service, responsibility and real ability to listen, communication and flexibility skills. Experience in Luxury and/or Retail is welcomed. Frequent field travel required. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: Coördineren en uitvoeren van de trade activaties volgens jaarplanning Voorbereiden en coördineren van de trade activaties (etalages, podia, spraying) Voorbereiden van exclusieve events bij verschillende retailers Contact onderhouden met interne en externe (klanten en leveranciers) stakeholders Ondersteunen bij day-to-day en ad-hoc werkzaamheden Wat wij van jou vragen je bent derde- of vierdejaarsstudent HBO/WO richting Marketing en zoekt een meewerkstage voor 6 maanden per 1 juli 2025 je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar je bent woonachtig in of nabij Brussel je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of Frans, en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift, perfect kennis en ervaring met Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, schrijven van berichten en gebruik van social media kenmerken: creatief, leergierig, zelfstandig, lef, ondernemend, goed in de omgang, hands-on, gestructureerd, representatief en flexibel Interesse?
