This hands-on position requires a skilled professional with strong operational expertise who can effectively build and nurture brand communities, localize global strategies, and drive meaningful connections with advocates. The role focuses on driving impactful local advocacy programs, equipping advocates with tailored tools and resources, and fostering authentic connections through strategic advocacy activities. Key responsibilities : Building the Business - Increase ecommerce sales across all retailers in the Benelux, accelerate our proportion of sales via retailer.com ahead of retailer average. - Responsible for the growth & management of the virtual pure players, managing the mix of the business in line with the overall business goals. - Work closely with media & public relations manager to drive visits, conversion & repeat purchase. - Fully responsible for commercial E-business analytics and reports.
