A small and fun team with a flat structure where you can really be part of the team. You will be responsible for the creation of appealing travel & entertainment sales online. TASKS As Travel Coordinator intern, you help 2 travel coordinators to create appealing travel & entertainment sales online. You are the liaison between multiple internal departments (Sales B2B, customer care service...) as well as external to the company (mainly local partner brands). You make sure to collect all the necessary information (visuals, stocks, prices) to set up qualitative performing sales on our website. You ensure the accuracy of the required assets and provide amendments if necessary in order to respect our guidelines and technical requirements. You set up all the assets using multiple content tools and upload the sales on our website. You are involved in different internal projects. You back up the B2B when necessary (mainly on administrative or operational tasks).You also update the internal sales manuals. MUST HAVE skills Student in Tourism/Travel. You are bilingual or Dutch speaker with very good knowledge of French. A good knowledge of English. The ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. Sense of precision. Analyze key HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve people-related processes. Foster a people-first culture, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce. MUST HAVE skills You have at least 5 years of experience in international payroll and HR role, ideally in an international setting. You are an expert in Dutch and Belgium social legislation and having knowledge of Swiss payrolling regulations or a willingness to learn. You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable tackling complex HR and payroll challenges. You're familiar with HRIS systems and quickly adapt to new tools. Experience with Workday is a plus. You communicate fluently in English and French- Dutch is a plus. You take ownership of your responsibilities, work autonomously, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You're proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
