As a Digital Strategic Account Specialist, you will support the commercial activities of our digital key accounts across the three PACKS brands (Eastpak, Kipling, & JanSport) with a primary focus on the daily management of our Amazon account. In this role, you will contribute to the achievement of both seasonal and annual quantitative and qualitative targets, aligning your efforts with the broader EMEA digital strategy. Your work will be essential in driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring operational excellence across our digital retail partnerships. How You Will Make a Difference You will play a key role in driving the success of our digital key accounts by: Providing operational support for the day-to-day management of the Amazon account, including order tracking, sales analysis, and stock monitoring. Creating and managing purchase orders (POs) in close collaboration with the Customer Operations team. Leading the onboarding process from start to finish-ensuring product details, pack shots, model shots, and descriptions are complete and optimized in partnership with the SEO Specialist. Preparing internal alignment decks for core business processes such as Go-to-Market planning, forecasting, and stock management reporting. Supporting the Account Manager during buying meetings by preparing compelling collection presentations and narratives. Maintaining weekly sales reports to support trade meetings and performance tracking. Co-hosting weekly customer calls and alignment meetings, ensuring all follow-ups are clearly planned and executed. Delivering monthly sell-out analyses to support internal reviews and customer Tier-2-Tier (T2T) meetings. Owning the visual identity of our digital brand stores across platforms, ensuring consistent and premium brand representation across the digital landscape Skills for Success The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a sharp analytical mindset and a genuine passion for fashion and accessories. You're naturally curious, solution-oriented, and bring a make-it-happen mentality to everything you do. You have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, enjoy working with data, and thrive on solving problems through insights and analysis. You're also digitally savvy, with a keen interest in e-commerce platforms and how brands show up in the digital space especially in the world of fashion. While a bachelor's degree in economics, Business, or a related field is a plus, we value experience and achievements above all. You will own the special projects flow for Kipling globally. This includes all collaborations, the licensing projects as well as some 'out of collection' developments. In details: Develop and maintain the initiatives to meet the needs of the target consumers and the market requirements in terms of price, distribution and brand positioning. Manage the full flow of the collaboration and special projects and inline exclusive projects from product concept and design phase to samples. Follow up the development process and direct the Design and Development team Collect all data from cross functional teams to generate ad-hoc reporting linked to forecasts follow-up, sell in, sell through and establish efficiency reports for each project. Manage for the Collaboration calendar, phasing, upcoming plans and alignment Ownership of the Collaboration process including introductions, contract executions and royalties/fees follow-ups Extensive Go to Market overview and support from project launch planning to follow up with other departments (logistic/marketing/digital) Alignment with the special project partners to meet their needs in terms of product launches Alignment with the different departments to ensure an efficient go to market implementation How You Will Make a Difference Analyze Understand the needs of the target consumers and competitive environment. Maintain constant awareness of market requirements and needs. Sustain strong knowledge of current and upcoming trends. Follow up of the Go-To-Market targets: monitor and put the projects in timeline to fulfil the markets with the ad-hoc projects. Plan & Execute Active follow up and following up of the collaboration and licensing opportunities Stakeholder for all contractual negotiations with partners, legal teams until contract signature Accountable to align on terms and conditions with the partners to achieve a legal agreement linked to each project and targets Plan the full process to allow smooth development workflow and deliver the products within the deadlines.
