Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de lopende acties en met je luisterend oor zet je elke klant op nummer 1. Met jouw sterke leiderschaps- en managementvaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat je team effectief wordt aangestuurd, geïnspireerd en gemotiveerd om optimaal te presteren. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met je Area Manager, aan wie je dagelijks rapporteert. Tenslotte ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de Visual Merchandising. Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de lopende acties en met je luisterend oor zet je elke klant op nummer 1. Naast het creëren van een leuke sfeer in de winkel, zorg je er ook voor dat de winkel steeds netjes en aangevuld is. Daarnaast help je bij het verwerken van de dagelijkse leveringen. Tenslotte word je helemaal meegenomen in het omgaan met cijfers en targets.
