As an intern Sustainability & Import (Fashion) you will join our dynamic Buying team and mainly work in close collaboration with the CSR Manager, but also with our E-commerce, Wholesale and Logistics teams.Are you an organizational talent, with a passion for fashion and sustainability?Do you have a commercial sense and an eye for detail?Are you a team player who loves a challenge?3x yes? Then you should definitely keep on reading!This is a very challenging and enriching opportunity, as we are planning several projects in the further development of our sustainable fashion landscape.During your internship you will have the following missions:Sustainable development:Update the supplier database with CSR levels and certificatesMonitor requests, receipts and registrations of certificatesMonitor regulations such as AGEC, REACH, ...Liaise with teams on responsible materials and products (eco-design, recycling, packaging, ...)Provide monthly updates on our CSR performanceSupport suppliers during the certification processesCarry out CSR reporting to meet our legal obligationsResearch and monitor sustainable development attributesParticipate in sustainable development projects in line with corporate objectivesImport:Request weekly delivery schedulesUpdate the internal order tracking software (Storlande)Alert on late deliveriesManage import-related documents
