Optimize product listings with compelling copy, visuals, and attributes tailored to Gen Z. Monitor availability, pricing, and promotions to boost conversion and sell-through. Performance & Insights Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, sell-through) and deliver actionable insights. Support weekly/monthly performance reporting, highlighting wins and opportunities. Campaign & Launch Support Coordinate with brand marketing and creative teams for launches and seasonal campaigns. Align trading plans with digital marketing efforts (email, paid media, social). Customer & Market Understanding Stay on top of Gen Z trends, seasonal moments, and competitor activity. Contribute ideas for content, promotions, and product positioning that resonate with youth audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with merchandising, planning, digital marketing, and UX teams. Support the Digital Trading Manager in daily operations and strategic projects. Skills for Success You're a digitally savvy team player with a growth mindset, ready to apply commercial strategies in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You bring: 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related role (internships experience is welcomed). Experience in fashion or apparel is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Sharp eye for product presentation and understanding of Gen Z preferences. Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc. Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. Genuine enthusiasm for youth culture, lifestyle products, and digital commerce. A team-first attitude and eagerness to contribute.
