    Opportunity/Global Mission : Location: Brussels Belgium Contract type : Full time position - starting from 1st December As In-Store Manager, you support the Benelux Retail Director in achieving the retail objectives for Prestige & Niche brands. Your main mission will be to lead the implementation of the local retail strategy and identify all opportunities to enhance the offline expression of our brands across the entire Puig portfolio. Key Responsibilities : - Define and manage the Benelux visibility strategy (permanent and temporary), including Retail KPI's and Retail Opex/Capex budget. - Develop and implement an ambitious annual plan to grow brand presence with the most suitable channel and visibility. - Build strong partnerships with our key retailers and define counterparts within our local contracts. - Definition of the POSM strategies tailored on local realities and client-specific requirements. - Ensure optimal brand visibility at retail through : - Monthly reporting (SOS/Location/environment/image), - ROI analysis of our retail activations, - Perfect merchandising execution aligned with Benelux segmentation, - Leverage all retailers' tools to enhance the consumer experience at the POS. - Collaborate closely with the Retail Director, Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams. - Manage a team of In-Store executives Your profile : - 3-5 minimum years of experience working in merchandising or retail design, ideally in a related industry. - Education: Bachelor or master's in business management, Luxury and/or Marketing. - Fluent in French and in English is a must. Dutch would be a strong asset. - Strategic and creative thinker with an "out-of-the-box" mindset. - Capacity of identify the main objectives on a project and propose solutions accordingly. - Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, SAP. Knowledge of IWD and BIW software would be a strong plus - Skilled in negotiation, hands-on, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented
