In the role as a Specialist, you partner with the management team in coaching, training & developing team members within the specialist area to maximise sales potential & ensuring the team are expertly delivering Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success.
What you can expect:
Responsible to coach, train & develop team members within the specialist are Continuously increase product knowledge whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns) Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI's & targets Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management Maximise sales potential within the specialist area Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience Your profile:
Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business Strong communication, methodical & presentation skills Excellent follow-up & organizational skills Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team, solution-oriented approach, effective time management Excellent communication and social skills in both Dutch and English Living nearby Maasmechelen; Your benefits:
