Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront : Accueillir et conseiller la clientèle en garantissant l’image de la marque grâce à un service client de qualité, une expertise produits et des actions de fidélisation. Contribuer à la mise en valeur des produits de la marque en veillant à la bonne tenue de la boutique et au suivi des préconisations merchandising. Participer aux différentes tâches liées à la gestion quotidienne du magasin (stocks, réassort, caisse…) Travailler en équipe pour contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs tant quantitatifs que qualitatifs. Your Key Missions During the Internship As an E-commerce Intern for the BELUX market, you will learn and assist in managing three websites. You will learn and support the team in the following tasks: Website Management Creating and updating product categories based on seasons, trends, and new arrivals. * Highlighting products according to key periods and BELUX market preferences * Page Optimization Designing and updating the homepage and landing pages to ensure a smooth and visually appealing experience. * SEO: Optimizing content to improve the visibility of our products in search engines. * * Promotion Creation and Management Developing promotional codes and managing associated legal mentions. * Creating pop-ups and other visual elements to promote our campaigns. Analysis Proposing and implementing new ideas to enhance the user experience and maximize conversions. * Analyzing performance (figures, KPIs) to optimize offerings and maximize customer engagement. * Support for Events and Activations Working with the marketing team, you will help plan and implement local events and activations. Supporting photoshoots, special events, and other activations that enhance the brand’s visibility. Desired Profile Currently studying business, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong interest in fashion and e-commerce. Organized, detail-oriented, and creative. Skilled in data analysis, with an understanding of e-commerce KPIs. Excellent communication skills and adaptability for team collaboration. Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is a valuable asset for this role.
