ABOUT THE JOB You'll analyze O&O stores performance results (sell-in/sell-out) and create reports to visualize the performance. You'll support to prepare product selection for promotional activities throughout the year. You'll support to track and analyze promotional activities results and compile visual dashboard summary. You'll analyze consumer insights. You'll help to prepare weekly Trading calls with commercial teams in selected countries You'll support to standardize and automate current reports; proactively propose improvements to maximize impact on business. You'll continuously visit our website to find synergies/opportunities between physical stores and Ecom channels. ABOUT YOU You hold a degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Management or related studies or you have finished your studies within the last year. You're passionate about data and analysis and its application in Fashion and you are motivated to learn more about this sector. You're comfortable communicating effectively with colleagues and different partners. Skilled in analytics You're proficient in Excel (can perform complex functions), able to manage big database, and familiar with pivot tables, Vlookups and complex data analysis. (Sql, Python knowledge is a plus) You have hands-on mentality, always ready to take on new challenge and finding new solutions to problems. ABOUT THE JOB As Senior Retail Trader, you'll use your analytical skills and commercial knowledge to drive in season trading activities to reflect latest business performance into the trading plan and support traders within its area. You'll identify key business issues, provide analysis on opportunity and risk in the business, and make recommendations to drive revenues in stores. You will be the key contact point for franchisee and/or O&O stores from a product perspective, for all in-season activities.
